Every order includes a commercial license where you will get non-exclusive rights. That means:

– the track is yours to use as you wish (you can even resell it). I will NOT sell your track to another customer, your track is always a complete original never used anywhere else except:

– I reserve the right to use the work for my portfolio and to be published on streaming services (your project will NOT BE FLAGGED on Youtube or anywhere else) under my name as a part of my portfolio and the right to all the possible royalties resulting from streaming. We can agree not to release the work before your project is out and we can collaborate to make the release on streaming services part of your marketing strategy (for example if I am making a soundtrack to your game we can release the soundtrack as “Your game name OST”).

If you buy the exclusive rights, the track is yours to use as you wish (you can even resell it) and I don’t even get to use it for my portfolio or anywhere else.
